  • Easy Sausage Manicotti

    Ingredients

    • 8 manicotti shells
    • 2 Packages (8 ounce. each) brown & serve sausage links
    • 2 jars (15 ounce. each) marinara or possibly mushroom spaghetti sauce
    • 1/2 c. water
    • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese

    Directions

    1. Fill each uncooked manicotti shell with 2 sausages. (If hard to fill, partially thaw sausages.) In greased baking pan, 12 x 8 x 2 inches, spread 1/2 jar sauce; arrange stuffed manicotti in sauce. If you like, slice remaining sausages and scatter around manicotti, or possibly save to use another day. Pour remaining sauce and the water over manicotti. Top with cheese. Cover tightly and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 min. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 min longer or possibly till manicotti are tender. Serves 4.
