Ingredients
4 can Small red beans
1 1/2 lrg Onions, minced
5 x Cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 can Minced tomatoes (tomatoes and green chilies if you want it extra warm)
5 x -(up to)
10 x Splashes louisiana warm sauce
2 tsp Creole seasoning
1 lb Sausage (andouille, a Cajun sausage, if you can find it) Warm cooked white rice
Directions
Saute/fry onions and garlic in oil till onions are clear. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer about 30 to 45 min to let the flavors blend.
Serve in bowls over rice.
