Ingredients

  • 2 deep dish pie shells, frzn
  • 1 can real bacon bits
  • 3/4 c. green onions
  • 5 Large eggs, beaten
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 pound grated Jarlsberg cheese
  • 2 c. half and half lowfat milk

Directions

  1. In large bowl mix all ingredients on low speed of mixer. Divide between pie shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. One or possibly both can be frzn, uncooked. thaw before cooking or possibly bake 1/2 hour longer till center is done.
