Easy Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lrg onions peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 lrg potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Put 1/2 of the potatoes in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle cornstarch over potatoes. Place 1/2 of the onions over potato layer. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over casserole. Place remaining 1/2 of potatoes, the 1/2 of onions. Add in more salt and pepper. Pour lowfat milk over casserole and dot with butter.. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Uncover and bake an additional 40-50 min till potatoes are tender.
