Easy Pie Crust
Ingredients
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/3 c. Canola oil (you could probably use any other oil, but they said this was the healthiest one to use)
- 1 1/2 tsp Skim lowfat milk (could probably use 2 percent or possibly regular)
Directions
- For a 9" crust
- Place all ingredients in pie plate. Mix with fingers. Press into plate bottom & sides. Use as you would any other pie pastry.
