Easy Penuche Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 T butter
- 1 T marshmallow
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions
- Cook for 5 min.
- Add in later.Cook for 5 min stirring constantly (a small sample in cold water should form a ball). Add in 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp marshmallow. Add in 1/2 cup minced nuts. Pour in square pan to cool.
