- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Deep-Fried pork rind crumbs
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- 2 Tablespoons parsley
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, making sure to distribute pork rind crumbs evenly.
- 2. Place in a shallow nonstick baking pan, after shaping mixture into a loaf. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
