  • Easy Meatloaf

    Yields 6 servings Total Net carbs: 1.8 grams per serving

    Ingredients

    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup Deep-Fried pork rind crumbs
    • 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
    • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
    • ½ cup grated parmesan
    • 2 Tablespoons parsley
    • ¼ cup chopped onion

    Directions

    1. 1.     Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, making sure to distribute pork rind crumbs evenly.
    2. 2.     Place in a shallow nonstick baking pan, after shaping mixture into a loaf. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
