Easy Lemon Chess Pie
Ingredients
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 pch Salt
- 2 tsp Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice Grated Rind Of 1 Lemon
- 6 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1 x Pie Crust (9 Inch), unbaked
Directions
- Beat Large eggs till smooth. Add in sugar, salt, flour, juice, rind and butter.
- Beat well and pour into crust. Bake at 375 till brown, 25 to 30 min.
- NOTES : A graham cracker crust may be used if you like.
