Easy Grilled Potatos
Make "baked" potatos on the grill. Easy & delicious.
- 6 baking potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- Wash potatoes; scrub skin with brush or rough sponge. Pat dry.
- Pierce potatoes several times with fork.
- Rub potatoes with olive oil.
- Rub garlic and pepper on potatoes.
- Wrap in foil.
- Throw it on the grill; cook 45 min. - 1 hour or until potatoes are soft when squeezed.
