Ingredients
1 can (8 ounce) sliced water chetnuts Liquid removed
1 can (8 ounce) mushrooms, liquid Reserved Sufficient water to equal 1 1/3 C with mushroom liquid
2 Tbsp. Margarine
1 can (10 3/4 ounce) French onion Soup, defated
1 c. Rice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a 2 qt casserole and mix well. Cook,
covered, in a 350 degree oven for one hour. remove from oven and let rest for 10 min.
