Easy Crockpot Turkey Cordon Blue
A quick & easy way to use your Thanksgiving leftovers. If you want it ready quickly, make it in a casserole dish instead of the crockpot & bake or even microwave until ingredients are hot & cheese is melted. Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped turkey (fully cooked)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups chopped ham (fully cooked)
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Using 1/3 - 1/2 of each ingredient (except the stock), layer in crockpot in order listed & repeat until all are used.
- Pour stock over top of final layer
- Cook on low for 1 - 2 hours or until heated through & cheese is melted.
