  • Easy Crab Imperial

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb Crabmeat, shells removed
    • 1 x Green pepper, diced
    • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
    • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
    • 1 tsp Flour
    • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or possibly any crab boil or possibly seafood seasoning)
    • 1 Tbsp. Yellow mustard (I like Dijon)
    • 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
    • 1 x Egg, beaten
    • 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise Paprika

    Directions

    1. Saute/fry green pepper in butter in large skillet. Dissolve flour in lowfat milk and add in to the pepper. Stir over low heat till a thick paste is formed; set aside. Place crabmeat in a bowl and add in seafood seasoning, mustard, 1 tbs mayonnaise, green pepper sauce and blend. Place mix into small casserole dish. In another bowl, beat the egg and 3 tbs mayonnaise and spoon this over crabmeat mix. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
