Easy Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 can 15 ounce creamed corn
- 1 can Whole corn, liquid removed
- 1 box Jiffy Cornbread mix
- 4 x Scallions minced
- 1 stk butter
Directions
- Mix cornbread as per box instructions, add in corns adn minced onions. Melted butter and coat casserole (9x13) with butter and add in the rest to corn mix. Bake close to an hour at 350F
