Easy Chocolate Fudge Pie
Ingredients
- 2 deep dish 9 inch pie shells
- 3 c. sugar
- 10 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 (12 ounce.) evaporated lowfat milk, divided
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 well beaten Large eggs
Directions
- Combine sugar and cocoa well. Add in 1/2 lowfat milk. Add in beaten Large eggs, butter and vanilla. Add other half of lowfat milk. Bake 2 pies at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with Cold Whip. May be frzn.
