  • Easy Chocolate Bar Fondue

    Ingredients

    • 1 (1/2 lb.) Hershey lowfat milk chocolate bar
    • 1/3 c. light cream or possibly evaporated lowfat milk

    Directions

    1. Break chocolate bar into pcs. Place chocolate in a fondue pot or possibly in the top of a double boiler. Add in light cream or possibly evaporated lowfat milk. Stir over low heat till chocolate is melted. Serve hot with a selection of fondue dippers.
    2. Fondue Dippers: Nut halves; marshmallows; fresh fruit; strawberries; pineapple chunks; bananas; pears; peaches; apples; mandarin orange slices; lady fingers; pcs of cake (angel food, lb. or possibly sponge). Drain fresh fruit and brush with lemon juice to prevent browning.
