Easy Chinese Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. whole cashew nuts
- 1 (4 ounce.) can liquid removed mushrooms
- 2 c. chow mein noodles
- 1/4 c. chopped onion or possibly green onion tops
- 1 c. minced celery
Directions
- Drain tuna and break into pcs. Combine all except 1 c. noodles. Mix gently and put into casserole. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 40 min. Serves 6.
