Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can 14.5oz diced tomatoes w green chilies
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • toppings for what use make:
  • diced tomatoes, sour cream, diced onion, salsa, shredded cheese, black olives, shredded lettuce, refried beans

Directions

  1. Put the chicken breasts in the crock pot
  2. Mix the diced tomatoes and taco seasoning then pour it over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours
  4. When cooked shred chicken with forks or chop if you like.
  5. Serve in soft tortilla's or over nacho's and top with your favorite toppings.
