Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu
Ingredients
- 6 skinless chicken breasts, deboned
- 6 slices boiled or possibly baked ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 pkg. oven fry for chicken
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Flatten chicken breasts with a kitchen mallet. Lay on top of chicken 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese.
- Roll into a roll and secure with toothpicks. Dip chicken into the lowfat milk and then the oven fry mix to thoroughly coat the chicken. Put in greased baking dish. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 25 min. Then remove toothpicks, turn and bake 25 min more. Simply delicious.
