Easy Chicken and Rice
- 1-1/2 cups uncooked rice (not instant rice)
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 soup cans of water
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- Place uncooked rice in the bottom of baking dish. Place chicken over rice. Cover with soup and water. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top.
- Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Bake, uncovered,
- ￼for 30 more minutes.
