Easy Chicken And Biscuits
You can substitute fresh veggies, or change it up if you prefer something different! Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- Using soup can measure 1 1/2 cans of lowfat milk
- 1 (16 ounce.) can peas and carrots, drained
- 3 to 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
Directions
- Simmer chicken soup, milk, veggies and chicken for about 30 min. The longer it simmers the better it is.
- Prepare biscuits as package says.
- Spoon chicken mix over biscuits.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
