Easy Cheesy Spinach Puff Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach, thawed and liquid removed

3 Large eggs, beaten 3/4 c. lowfat milk 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

1. Heat butter. Stir in flour. Add in spinach, Large eggs, and lowfat milk. Add in 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese. Pour into buttered 1 qt souffle dish. Top with remaining 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
