Easy Cheesy Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Creamed cottage cheese (low fat curd)
- 1 c. Canned pumpkin pulp
- 3/4 c. Egg substitute
- 8 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pch Salt Ready to fill graham cracker crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Process cottage cheese, pumpkin, egg substitute, sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Blend till smooth. Pour mix into crust. Bake till set and refrigeratebefore serving.
