  • Easy Cheesy Potatoes

    Ingredients

    • 2 lb Baking Potatoes, (About 3-4 Lg. Potatoes)
    • 3/4 c. Onion, Minced
    • 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
    • 1 can Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup, (10 Ounce)
    • 1 c. Lowfat milk
    • 1/4 tsp Grnd White Pepper

    Directions

    1. Pierce potatoes with fork. Microwave on high for 14 to 16 min or possibly till soft; cold slightly. Slice into 1/4-inch thick slices. Layer half the potatoes, onion, and cheese in 9-inch square baking dish. Repeat layers. In medium bowl, whisk together soup, lowfat milk, and pepper. Pour over potatoes.
    2. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 min or possibly till heated through and cheese is melted.
