• Easter Bunny Bread

    • 1 pkg. warm roll mix
    • 3/4 c. very warm water
    • 2 tbsp. sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1 c. confectioners' sugar
    • 3-5 teaspoon lowfat milk
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 yeast packet


    1. Dissolve yeast packet in 3/4 c. warm water in a large bowl. Stir in sugar and egg. Add in roll mix. Mix well. Cover. Let rise in hot place for 40 min. Knead dough on lightly floured surface till smooth. Shape half of dough to look like a bunny. The other half, shape as bunny's ears.
    2. Bake on greased baking sheet for 35 min at 375 degrees. When cold blend confectioners' sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla in small bowl. Decorate bread as desired.
