East TX Fried Green Beans
Quick and simple recipe. Ingredients
- 2 16 oz cans of Cut Green Beans
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1 small onion
Directions
- Dice both the bacon and onion and place in skillet.
- Cook until bacon is brown and onions are clear.
- Drain Green Beans and add to skillet
- Turn heat down to low and sweat Green Beans until they are extremely soft.
- Remove from heat and serve.
