Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 can apple pie filling, (21 ounce.)
  • 1/4 c. walnuts, minced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a 1 1/2-qt baking dish heat butter; sprinkle in crumbs and press in dish. Mix lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream and lemon juice and spread over crumbs. Spoon pie filling on top of lowfat milk filling. Bake 25 to 30 min at 350 degrees or possibly till set. Cold slightly. Mix nuts and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
