Dry Rub Spare Ribs

- 3 lbs. of spare ribs
- Dry Rub:
- ½ tsp. ground turmeric
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Jamaican curry
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients for the rub in a small bowl and mix.
- Rub the ribs with the dry rub and place in a zip-lock bag or in a covered bowl in the refrigerator over- night.
- Preheat the oven 350 degrees:
- Place the ribs in a baking pan. Cover the pan with tin foil and bake for about 2 hours, untouched.
