Drew Carey's Apple Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Flour 1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar 2 tsp Cinnamon 2 tsp Baking soda 1 tsp Salt 1/2 c. Oil

2 x Large eggs, large 1/4 c. Coffee 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract 2 1/2 c. Apples, peeled and sliced 1 c. Minced nuts Butter or possibly non-stick spray

Directions

1. Grease a bundt cake pan with butter or possibly nonstick spray. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour mix into pan. Bake at 350 F for one hour.
2. Serves 10-12 servings.
