The following must be done on a day and at a time from which there are six or more hours before you go to bed and when there are four or more hours before you need to leave the house. Take one heaping tablespoon of powdered or flaked dry red hot chili peppers (must be salt-free) and put them in a small glass. Add an eighth of a cup of hot water (about 50ml). Stir rapidly for two minutes. Leave to sit for 2-3 minutes. Stir again, and add an eighth of a cup (50ml) of apple cider vinegar. Stir. Drink it all. Swish some water around in the glass and be sure to get all the remaining pepper flakes/powder and drink that too. (You may now wash the glass.) Happy yet? Are you still on my team...? You may now drink anything that is calorie-free, and as much of it as you like, since you will want to get that awful taste out of your mouth (and memory). Expect to move your bowels 1-4 times, maybe even 5 times over the next several hours, and do not be surprised or worried if you have diarrhea and/or if the "fire" of those peppers coming out is even worse then it was going in. "Great bowels of fire." This "drink" shall be henceforth be referred to as DRANO. Drano is an American drain-cleaning product. Like my DRANO, the actual drain cleaning product is very caustic.
