These delish little mini muffin are GREAT for kids (and adults too). They are NOT fried and actually taste like donuts so it's a win/win for everyone. They can also be made from staples that most everyone has in their pantry. My 3 boys LOVE these muffins. I hope you all like them too!

    • 1/2 c sugar
    • 1/4 c butter, softened
    • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
    • 1/2 c milk
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 c flour
    • Topping:
    • 1/4 c butter, melted
    • 1/2 c sugar
    • 1 tsp cinnamon

    Directions

    1. Directions:
    2. preheat oven to 375 and grease mini muffin tin
    3. mix up 1/2 c sugar, 1/4 c butter and nutmeg in large bowl
    4. add milk, baking powder, flour until combined
    5. bake for 15-20 minutes (mine took about 12 minutes)
