Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Celery, minced
  • 1/4 c. Onion, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 1/2 c. Cubed or possibly crumbed bread, use Turkey Stuffing Bread (recipe)
  • 3/4 c. Chicken or possibly turkey broth
  • 1/4 c. Walnuts (optional) Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Saute/fry celery and onion in the butter/margarine till soft; toss wiht bread in a bowl. Add in warmed broth and season and mix till well belnded. Stuff bird or possibly bake in a covered casserole at 350 F. for 20 min.
