Doll's Country Ham And Pepper Dip
Ingredients
- 1 x 8 oz package Cream Cheese
- 2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Red pepper, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Green pepper, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
- 2 1/2 ounce Country ham, grnd
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Pecans, minced Melba rounds
Directions
- Place all ingredients except pecans and melba rounds in the top of a double boiler. Cook over boiling water just till heated. Stir the mix to blend proportionately. Transfer to an oven-safe pie or possibly quiche dish. Top with minced pecans. Bake in a warm 350 oven till bubbly warm, about 20 min. Serve warm with Melba rounds.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
