Laster year I had a long recovery from a tumor.but I got my taste buds back and smell. This recipe is one of many recipe I will be showingredients you al.l I like water melon rind trimmed just white.
We put it on chicken, fish,pork,beef name it.

Ingredients

  • Rind 4 lbs skined
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon sliced then no seeds
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoon red pepper flakes or less, 12 allspice berries , 2 top. Of cloves powder.
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • A good squirt of mustard or more,

Directions

  1. Put it all together and pressure cooker for 10 min. And put in a blinder till mush.
