  • Dipped Chocolates

    Ingredients

    • 1 c. Butter
    • 1 x 15 ounce can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
    • 2 lb Plus one c. confectioners' sugar
    • 2 tsp Vanilla
    • 1/2 tsp Desired flavoring Flaked coconut Peanut butter Minced nuts Minced candied fruit or possibly raisins etc.
    • 24 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate baking
    • 1 x 3-oz cake of paraffin
    • 24 ounce of melting chocolate in that case paraffin should be omitted.

    Directions

    1. Mix butter and lowfat milk. With spoon or possibly hands, work in sugar and vanilla. Divide dough into 4 portions. Flavor and add in desired ingredients. Chill. Form dough into balls or possibly roll into logs. Refrigerateagain.
    2. In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, heat chocolate chips with paraffin (or possibly heat the melting chocolate). Stir well.
    3. With a skewer, dip balls into chocolate mix. Let drip, then place on waxed paper to harden. Decorate if you like. Chill.
    4. Makes 200 pcs ofcandy.
