Dianne's Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 sticks (1 c.) softened butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 lg. Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 c. (12 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- In a bowl with an electric mixer cream the butter; add in the sugars and beat till light and fluffy. Beat in the Large eggs and vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients and add in gradually to the butter mix. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Foil line the baking sheets and drop Tbsp. of batter 1 1/2-inches apart onto the sheets. Bake for 12-15 min at 325 degrees till brown at edges. Let cookies cold on the sheets for 1 minute before lifting them off. Makes 28 cookies.
