Diamond Bars

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup flaked coconut
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg yolks
- Add the flour
- Mix well
- Spread into a greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan
- Bake at 325 F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
- Sprinkle with the chocolate chips
- Bake for 1 minute longer or until the chips are melted
- Spread the chocolate over the crust
- Sprinkle with the walnuts and the coconut
- Cool on a wire rack
- Cut into diamond shapes
