Diabetic Pumpkin Chiffon Pie
Ingredients
- 2 3/4 c. lowfat milk -- cool
- 2 pkt instant pudding mix, sugar free 1.5 ounce. ea.
- 1 can pumpkin -- 15 ounce.
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
- 1/4 tsp grnd cloves
- 1 x graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch -- reduced fat Cold Whip Lite(r)
Directions
- Combine lowfat milk and pudding mix. Beat 1 minute. Add in pumpkin and spices. Beat 1 minute. Pour into crust. Cover and chill. Top with Cold Whip when ready to serve. RF4RP
