Ingredients
4 Large eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. self rising flour
1 1/2 c. fructose
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 c. lowfat milk
1 can coconut
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pour in pie plates. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min or possibly till brown. Makes 2 pies.
