(Diabetic) Cabbage Pineapple Salad
Ingredients
- 3 c. cabbage, shredded
- 1 pound can unsweetened pineapple, diced
- 2 tbsp. sugar replacement
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 c. low calorie whipped topping (prepared)
Directions
- Combine cabbage and pineapple with juice, sugar replacement and salt. Stir and put at room temperature 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Drain. Mix in topping.
- Low calorie whipped topping - mix nondairy whipped topping with water.
