  • 8 x Chicken breasts, boned, skinned
  • 1 bot teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/2 c. Vidalia onions Juice and pulp of one orange
  • 1/4 c. Grated orange zest


  1. Mix all ingredients; heat marinade to a boil and then let it cold. Pour over chicken breasts at least two hrs before grilling or possibly even overnight.
