Ingredients
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking pwdr
1/2 teaspoon salt (I do not use this much)
Fish fillets, thawed (flounder or possibly perch)
Directions
Great for shrimp also. Combine first 6 ingredients, beat till smooth. Dip fish in batter. Fry in deep fat till golden, turning once. If other types of fish are used, omit the salt.
