Deep Dish Strawberry Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 to 3 pts. fresh strawberries, stems removed 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 tbsp. cornstarch 2 c. water

3 ounce. strawberry Jello Baked & cooled deep dish pie crust Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream

Directions

1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and Jello. Cook over medium high heat till thick and transparent. Cold. Put berries into a baked and cooled deep dish pie crust and pour Jello mix over berries. Chill. Top with Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream when ready to serve.
