Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 pts. fresh strawberries, stems removed
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. water
  • 3 ounce. strawberry Jello
  • Baked & cooled deep dish pie crust
  • Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and Jello. Cook over medium high heat till thick and transparent. Cold. Put berries into a baked and cooled deep dish pie crust and pour Jello mix over berries. Chill. Top with Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream when ready to serve.
