Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Baker's Semi Sweet Baking Choc.
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 2 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 pkt Baker's White Chocolate
  • 2 c. Slivered Almonds or possibly Macadamias

Directions

  1. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate in large microwavable bowl on high for 2 min. Stir till chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in sugar, butter, Large eggs and vanilla with wooden spoon till well blended. Stir in flour and baking pwdr. Stir in white chocolate and nuts. Drop by scan 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 13 to 14 min or possibly till cookies are puffed and feel set to the touch. Cold 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. Cold completely on wire racks, makes about 18 large cookies.
  2. NOTE: If omitting nuts, increase flour to 3/4 c. to prevent spreading. Try substituting 1 c. cranberries for 1 c. of nuts
