Death By Chocolate Cake
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 pkt Chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkt Chocolate instant pudding
- 12 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips Confectioner's sugar
- Beat Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, water,and oil together in a large bowl till thoroughly mixed. Add in cake mix and pudding mix. Beat till smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into Bundt or possibly tube pan and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
- When cold, sift powdered sugar on top of cake. Variation: Replace 1/4 c. water with Grand Marnier.
- Serves 8-10.
