Death By Chocolate Brownie Pie
Ingredients
- 1 x Pie crust
- 1 pkt Brownie mix, (21 1/2 Ounce)
- 6 ounce Chocolate chips
- 1 c. Pecans, minced
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 tsp Coffee flavored Liqueur
- 1 x Egg
- 1 1/2 c. Ups Whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Chocolate Flavored syrup
- 1 tsp Coffee flavored Liqueur Chocolate churls
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375. Put the pie crust in an 9 or possibly 10" springform pan; pressing it on the bottom and up the sides. Prick generously with a fork. In a large bowl combine the filling ingredients.
- Beat 50 strokes by hand. Pour into crust-lined pan and bake 50 to 55 min or possibly till center is set and edges of crust are golden. Cold 1 hour. Remove sides of pan. Cold completely. In large bowl, beat topping ingredients till stiff peaks form.
- Spoon or possibly pipe topping over filling. Garnish with chocolate curls.
