  • Death By Chocolate Brownie Pie

    Ingredients

    • 1 x Pie crust
    • 1 pkt Brownie mix, (21 1/2 Ounce)
    • 6 ounce Chocolate chips
    • 1 c. Pecans, minced
    • 1/2 c. Water
    • 1/2 c. Oil
    • 1 tsp Coffee flavored Liqueur
    • 1 x Egg
    • 1 1/2 c. Ups Whipping cream
    • 1 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. Chocolate Flavored syrup
    • 1 tsp Coffee flavored Liqueur Chocolate churls

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375. Put the pie crust in an 9 or possibly 10" springform pan; pressing it on the bottom and up the sides. Prick generously with a fork. In a large bowl combine the filling ingredients.
    2. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Pour into crust-lined pan and bake 50 to 55 min or possibly till center is set and edges of crust are golden. Cold 1 hour. Remove sides of pan. Cold completely. In large bowl, beat topping ingredients till stiff peaks form.
    3. Spoon or possibly pipe topping over filling. Garnish with chocolate curls.
    4. Store in refrigerator.This is from the Pillsbury Bake-Off.
