Dave's Grilled Flank Steak
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 x clove garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
- 1 x green onion, minced
- 1 x flank steak
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except steak. Pour over steak in large plastic bag in shallow pan. Let stand in refrigerator about 5 hrs, turning several times. Grill about 2-inches above coals to desired doneness on each side. Slice steak diagonally, across grain.
- Serves 4 people.
