Ingredients

  • 1 x Date nut bread halved across if round, lengthwise if loaf, then cut into 1/2" thick slices
  • 8 ounce cream cheese cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar - (abt 3 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. mango chutney
  • 2 ounce macadamia nuts - (a handful)
  • 1 piece crystallized ginger shaved or possibly grated

Directions

  1. Pulse ingredients for the cheese spread in food processor till mix is combined. Transfer spread to a small serving dish and garnish with shaved crystallized ginger. Serve with the date nut bread.
  2. This recipe yields 4 to 8 servings.
