Ingredients

  • 1 can chick peas (with water; yes, pulsed with it)
  • 5 to 6 sprigs curry leaves (only the leaves)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • Chilli flakes - as needed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt - as needed

Directions

  1. Pulse/blend till smooth and creamy.
  2. And: done to be served.
