Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb cooked shrimp, fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 dsh curry pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 slc bread Paprika

Directions

  1. Thaw frzn shrimp or possibly drain canned shrimp. Chop shrimp.
  2. Fry in butter for 3 min.
  3. Combine egg, lowfat milk and seasonings.
  4. Pour over shrimp and cook till thick, stirring constantly.
  5. Toast bread on one side.
  6. Spread shrimp mix on plain side of bread.
  7. Place on a broiler pan about 3" from source of heat.
  8. Broil for 2 to 4 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika.
