Ingredients

  • 1 x Clove garlic, halved
  • 5 fl ounce Dry white wine
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Curry paste
  • 8 ounce Grated Gruyere cheese
  • 6 ounce Grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry sherry Pcs of Nan bread,to serve

Directions

  1. Method:Rub the inside of the fondue pot with cut clove of garlic. Pour in wine and lemon juice and heat gently till bubbling. Reduce the heat to low, add in curry paste and gradually stir in grated cheeses, then continue to heat till cheeses heat, stirring frequently. In a small bowl, blend cornflour smoothly with sherry, then stir into cheese mix and continue to cook for 2-3 min till mix is thick and smooth, stirring frequently. Don't allow fondue to boil. Serve with pcs of Nan bread.
